WELCOME TO PAPRIKA CATERING Our catering business started out smaller, focusing on Hungarian Cuisine and was named Best of Budapest Catering. Best of Budapest has out grown its name and is now called Paprika Catering. We still offer Hungarian cuisine but several other types of cuisine as well. We have also added a bakery section to our business. So, not only can you get a menu that is customized to you and your event but you could also get a scrumptious cake (check out our cake page).
Our owner, Kristi Dohring, has been cooking for several years. Kristi started catering for friends and family. The catering became more frequent and the groups started getting larger. The love of food shows in Kristi's cooking and drives people to choose Paprika Catering. We致e been told that our cuisine is flavorful and some of the best ever eaten. Kristi wants to share her wonderful cuisine with you, so she created Paprika Catering. Paprika Catering is local to Olympia and caters to all areas in the South Sound.
